Sotol Board
Sotol is a project board with space for five PB86 step switches. Add your favorite 'QT Py'-compatible board from Adafruit and you have yourself a flexible, fun-sized project.
What's that, you don't want 5 step switches on your board?
Fine! Use the built-in breakaway tabs to remove switches, down to a single one.
But wait! Don't throw away those switch boards you broke off.
Each of switches two through five contains four breadboard-friendly connections that allow you to solder headers onto.
Motivation
Once you get your hands on a PB86 step switch, you will understand just how satisfying the click click click sound and feel of them is. I wanted to design a PCB that allows you to do stuff with those switches.
Assembly
In order to fully assemble Sotol, you will need the following:
